The need or reason for this Resolution is to limit the use of water from the date of publication of this Resolution through September 30, 1991. BE IT RESOLVED by the Chairman and Boai d of Trustees of the Price River Water Improvement District, Carbon County, Utah: SCARCITY AND AVAILABILITY OF WATER SERVICE 1. Scarcity of Water - Limitation of Use The Price River Water Improvement District finds the delivery of water in Scofield Reservoir will be below 50 of normal during the 1991 irrigation season and that there exists a scarcity of water which will limit the use of District water. 2. Outside Watering Schedule All District water users, including those users receiving District water from a water company or special service district, shall water outside only upon the following terms and conditions: A. General There shall be absolutely no outside watering whatsoever between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. There shall be absolutely no outside watering on Saturdays and Sundays. B. Residential Users Residents with even number addresses shall water outside only on Monday and Thursday. Residents with odd number addresses shall water outside only on Tuesday and Friday. All residential users shall water outside between the hours of 12:01 A.M. (midnight) to 10:00 A.M., and from 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. (midnight). C. Public and Institutional Users Castleview Hospital shall water outside only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 8:00 P.M. and 6 A.M. Carbon County parks ana fields shall water outside on Monday and Thursday, and the Districts Service Center shall water outside on Tuesday and Friday. Said users shall water outside between the hours of 12:01 A.M. (midnight) and 10:00 A.M., and from 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. (midnight). 3. WATER MISUSE If any of the foregoing water users violate the provisions of this Resolution, then such user shall be disconnected either by the District or by the water company or special service district delivering such water. 4. No water user shall be entitled to water service unless a reconnection fee in the sum of $30.00 is paid. This Resolution shall become effective after publication. Louis Kosec Louis Leah Kirby Leah Gordon Kirby, 81, of Huntington, died March 21, 1991 at Price. She was born March 17, 1910 at Huntington to Samuel Raymond and Catherine Johnson Gordon. She married Merrill John Kirby on Oct. 20, 1928 at Castle Dale; the marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She was well known for her handicrafts. She is survived by her children, Doris Wilson, Huntington; Kathryn Jones, Castle Dale; Sue Jones, Orangeville; John Kirby, Nevada; 18 grandchildren; 23 one a brother, Clem Gordon, Orem; and one sister, Phyllis Grange, Huntington. Funeral services were Monday, March 25, at the Huntington LDS Stake Center. He was bom June 14, 1911 at Superior, Wyo., to John and Theresa Krissman Kosec. He married Annie Skerl on April 9, 1937 at Salt Lake City. He was a member of Joppa Lodge 26, F&AM, El Kalah Temple, York Rite and other Masonic affiliations. A g Democrat, he was elected Carbon County Commissioner, 1954-6He was active in the United Mine Workers of America. He was a past member of the international board and past president of Local 1206 prior to retirement from U.S. Steel, washer plant, with 23 years service. He was an honorary life member of Price Elks Lodge 1550 and a member of the life-lon- 2. International Association of Machinists, Local 1014, and the Western Slavonic Assoc. He aided in the formation of the Carbon County while playing for the Spring Glen Mud Hens. He later helped organize Little League and Pony League umpire associations. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Richard and Paul Kosec, all Spring Glen; one grandson; and a brother, James Kosec, Spring Glen. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, John, Martin, Rudy and Joseph; two sisters. Rose and Mary. Masonic funeral services will be Wednesday, 1 p.m., at the Mitchell Chapel, where friends may call Tuesday and Wednesday. Family will be at Mitchells Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery.
