For the past two years , Harja has been involved in an intensive examination of BLM Wilderness Study Areas in Utah. This ongoing study was, originated by Gotehtor vNor-ci- : man Bangerter and is being used to assist him in determining which areas and how much acreage of Utah public lands qualify for designation as wilderness.
