Area residents will be able to test their athletic skills while helping to raise money for charity, as part of the Bar None Choclathon, being held at local shopping malls. Beginning at the ZCMI Center the Choclathon. They will be able to measure their "personal best" in a triathalon utilizing a rowing machine, stationary bike and treadmill, or by participating in a less strenuous bar toss game to tame the "Chocolate Beasty." The event is also being held at malls in the Chicago area to celebrate the introduction of the the weekend of Feb. and moving to the Cottonwood Mall Feb. and the Ogden City Mall March shoppers will have the opportunity to raise funds for the March of Dimes testing their endurance during 18-2- 0, Hershey Chocolate Companys new Bar None candy bar. and Specially designed Bar None candy bars will be to who awarded those demonstrate extraordinary skills, and all participants will be eligible for a special drawing of a mall gift certificate worth $150. three-minut- e 25-2- 7 state-of-the-a- 3-- rt ribbon-cuttinA chocolate ceremony will be held g at each mall, signaling the start of the weekends activities. Competition aimed at sending a Salt Lake Valley girl to the Miss Utah Pageant is scheduled for April 16. Entry forms are due by Feb. 29. The pageant is open to all young women ages 6 who are either high. school graduates, or will graduate this year, who are residents of Salt Lake Valley, and are not being served by another Miss Utah affiliated pageant. The pageant is also open to winners from previous pageants, other than Miss Salt Lake Valley. Judging will be based on talent, interviews, beauty and poise.
