In the first County Recreation Board meeting chaired by new Recreation and Parks director Glen Lu last Wednesday, budgets for fiscal 1988 were a primary topic of discussion, as were some of the .administrative and changes philosophies brought about in recent weeks. In his overview of the 1988 Recreation and Parks budget, Lu noted that his division was appropriated $10,086,298, representing a $123,000 increase over the 1987 figure of $9,962,359. Confidentiality will, to the extent practical under the law and under the necessities of disciplinary action, be protected. f. Grievances.
