He was so withdrawn he never talked and hung his head for fear of making a mistake. In just one year, he has overcome his shyness and is a joy to be around. Our purpose is to rehabilitate our handicapped employes, noted Paul Monson, recently named unit manager of the Granger facility. Through our training program, we hope to teach them job skills and then place as many as possible into regular industry employment. The program is designed to provide a continuous training opportunity for handicapped persons. Mr. Monson, who was the financial manager and controller at the Murray Deseret Industries for six years, explained the process by which employment is provided for these persons.
