Warner, noted western historian and chairman of the History Departmentat Brigham Young University for the past nine years, has been studies in the College of Family, Home and Social Sciences In making the announcement, BYU Provost and Academic Vice President Jae R. Ballif said Dr. James B. Allen, Dr. Carolyn J. Rasmus, executive assistant to the president at Brigham Young University, will speak on “‘The Bond of Charity” at the BYU Devotional assembly Tuesday. The public is invited to the 10 a.m. assembly in the de Jong Concert Hall of the Harris Fine Arts Center. Hill, Jr. has been named director of the new Department of Education at Utah Valley Hospital, announced hospital Administrator, Grant C Burgon As the new director, Hill will coordinate the educational efforts and needs of all hospital departments. In addition to his administrative skills, Hill brings to the job an extensive background in thefield of medicalethics. His expertise in this area will be utilized by providing information to nurses, physicians and ad- ministrators. A native of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Hill earned a bachelorsdegree at the College of Idaho and pursued his doctoralstudiesin thefield of medicalethics at the University of Tennessee.
