Vigil was arrested Saturday when the PSA plane landedat Salt Lake International Airport. The plane had been on a flight from Los Angeles to Salt Lake. Alsup set Vigil’s trial date for Feb. 21 and allowed him to go free without bail. The laint alleges Vigil grabbed stewardess Robbie Keller, and when flight attendant Ronald E.Bass interceded. Vigil also attacked him. Bass and other members ofthe crew then subdued the Federal agents said Vigil was from the Los Angeles area, but had beenliving with his family in Salt Lake City.
