Assistant U.S. Attorney for Utah Brent Ward, said he expected the 25year-old Chynoweth to be arrested Fridayby local Texas authorities on a Salt Lake City warrant charging him with first degree murder, criminal conspiracy and attempted murder. Ward said thestateis prepared to appeal the denial of the federal warrant to adistrict or federal judge in Texas.
