While here, the visitors were guests at the home of Mrs. Lee’s mother. Mrs. Ella Stubbs, and were entertained at the homeof her brotherandsister-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Darrell Stubbs and family and with cousins, Mr. and Mrs. H. Moyle Stubbs and the Max Prestwich family in Orem. The Lees are former residents of Salt Lake City, where both Bob and Nila were membersof the Utah Symphony. Mrs. Lee is also a graduate of Brigham Young University and was concert mistress of the symphony while there. Provo residents Mr. and Mrs. George Smith have enjoyed the recentvisit of a brother andhis wife, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn I. Dr. and Mrs. Andrus, former long-time residents of Provo, have been at Temple View, New Zealand, for the entire time where he served as a counselor in the New Zealand Temple presidency and Irva served as assistant to the matron. Dr. Andrus served rayyeas ‘on the faculty of the department of Art at Brigham Young University. His wife, taught school in Provo. En route home, the couple visited in both American and Western Samoa and in Tonga. After arriving stateside they visited in Palo Alto, Calif.. with their son, Alec Andrus and his wife, Linda McDonald Andrus and their four children. They also cameto Utah abouta year anda half ago to be near their two married daughters, Mrs. Rainer (Linda) Hechtle and Mrs. Marhsa Moretti. They also are enjoying their three grandchildren. Ee Mr.and Mrs. Clifford Fox of Provo were in Helper over the weekend to attend the funeral of their grandfather, John Kvaternick, a long-time Helper resident, who died at age 80. Other family members attending the services were a daughter, Mrs, Mary Bertolio, and Mr. and Mrs. Rick Salisbury of Springville and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Black of Salem one Mrs. L. J. Gammon, Provo, has been notified of the birth of a baby girl to Russell and Geraldine Stephens Gammonin Mesa, Wash., a seventh child for the couple. The Gammonsalso havea son, Stanford, whois a senior at BYU. ane Grandparents Mrs. Elouise Buell of Heber and Mr. and Mrs. Dee Gardner of Moab have beenrecentvisitors at the homeof Dennis A. and Nina Gardnerin Orem to see the couple’s new baby daughter. Taylor of Provo. The couple was married in the Provo LDS Temple and a formal reception honored them following their marriagein Provo. In the party werethe bride's parents, brothers and a sister, Jill and Jeffery Taylor, and Mr. and Mrs. Steven Taylor, grandmother, Mrs. T. Will Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Lewis, William Lewis, Marcia Lewis, and Mr. and Mrs. Ross Lewis, American Fork: The bridegroom will continue his schooling at Southern Utah State College while Mrs. Lewis is employed in Cedar City, where they are living. Mr. and Mrs, William A. Beazer, Provoresidents, have been avoiding the chill winds and blowing snowflakes of March, during the past 10 days as they basked in the balmy asmosphere of Sun City, Ariz., as guests of former Provoans, Mr. and Mrs. Daryl Roberts. Mrs. Roberts will be remembered as a teacher at Dixon Junior High School. Since leaving Provo, the couple has lived in Alaska, the Philippines and now, retired, are enjoying the manyattractionsof Sun City, Mr, and Mrs, Beazer, while en route to Arizona, attended meetingsof the Utah Stace Vaasa Elks Association in St. George and visited in La Verkin with friends, Mr. and Mrs. Seow, ery Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Sabey of Lake Shore and Mr. and Mrs. Ragnal Felker of Provo returned recently from a TIDE | FAMILY SIZE!
