UTAH PAYSON PEOPLE DO NOT FEAR PEACE The Hearst syndicate .is flooding the country with editorial press matter attacking Senator McNaiy for supporting by his vote tlio four party treaty. The Hearst papers have never been satisfied with anything but an attitude Of hostility and belligerency toward counties like Mexico. Japan and Great Britan. With the burdens of a world war still resting not too lightly on our shoulders it would seem that . any plan that looks toward peace should have friendly consideration. The Hearst papers, while always belligerent, now rave that the treaty means war with Oriental and Euroand according to pean countries, them this section is warlike. Hear him: The Pacific coast is on its guard. It is fighting for its preservation and safety. And while it will fight to tho last ditch. Senator McNary is an enemy to war and the people will admire him for it. ply of pheasants by loeal hatching. Mr. Madson, fish and game warden of the state, will be present and explain why the sportsmen of Utah county should organize for the same purpose. Mr. Francom said, upon returning from tho meeting last Monday that every effort will be made during the the fish coming season to protect and game from unscrupulous fishermen and hunters who violate the laws designed for protection of fish and game. Mr. Francom mentioned tho fact that there had been wholesale killing of quail in the vicinity of Pavson, Benjamin and Spring Lnke during the post few weeks, and he said that every effort is being extended to locate the offenders. It has been announced by the state fish and game commissioner that a carload of channel catfish will soon be delivered for planting in Utah lake, and that half a milbon rainbow trout will be planted in the Provo river. A movement is also on foot, according to Mr. Francom, to provide daces in which to foster large sized Kh in the various streams. 1 CHEVROLET r or i P'r-or'lc- ol ti Typn-r- l'iiiiiii!iuiuiiiii!tiiiiuiiiiiinnii!!i!iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!iiiiiiiiiuiiiiiimiini!ii luiiiiiiin; CTIONS speak louder than A words I to indicate the worth 1 I I I of a motor car.
