Derk Lindley is the name for the newest member of the Barry V. and Vickie Rae Rice Lindley family. He was born Jan. 17 in Ogden. At home is a sister Nicole. Mr. and Mrs. S. WOOD WARD Wed In Temple Exchanging marriage vows in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Friday, Jan. 26, were the new Mr. and Mrs. Ross W. Woodward. :THE NEW bride is the former RaeAnn Coombs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. Boyd Coombs of Highland, Utah. Parents of the groom are Gail R. Woodward of Kaysville and Mrs. Barbara W. Winters of Layton. The ceremony was performed by an uncle of the groom Elder Joe Whitesides. Following the marriage the grooms mother hosted a wedding breakfast at the ton in Salt Lake City. Later Hil- the same evening the brides parents hosted a wedding reception at the Colonial Reception Center in Bountiful. FOR HER wedding the bride wore a floor length gown of white chiffon over satin. It was fashioned with a slightly gathered skirt with an apron over skirt accented with a ruffle and Victorian lace. The high neckline was trimmed with the same lace and accented the rounded neckline with a Victorian lace inset. d sleeves The were made of Victorian lace. long-tapere- Her fingertip veil fell softly from a lace head band and was trimmed with Victorian lace. She carried a bouquet of peach rose buds and lily of the valley accented with baby breath. MISS STEPHANIE MRS. JAMES R. ALEXANDER honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Wendell L. Their corsages were peach rose buds and white carnations. Marie Day was seated at the bridal book. Alexander II exchanged wedding vows at the Valley View Restaurant and Golf Kandy Williams and Course recently. A reception followed with dancing, music played by a string quartet. They were married at sunset, in front of large bay windows that overlook the valley. Bishop David P. Howells, of North Ogden Ward, cousin of the groom, performed the double ring ceremony. He works for Utah Power and Light Company in Salt Lake Brad Johnson. She wore a white chiffon over satin, floor length gown and carried one long stemmed red rose with wheat, long white satin streamers. Flower girls were Chanin and Brittany Williams, nieces of the bride. They wore tops of off white lace' and red silk skirts, scalloped at bottom with a ruffle of matching lace. Red roses with off white tulling were in their hair. Mothers wore gowns of egg shell lace, floor length with corsages of red baby roses and baby breath. HOST AND hostess at the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Vernon G. Williams, brother of the bride, and sister-in-laand Robb S. Alexander Jr., brother of the groom. Melodee Ann graduated from seminary and Davis High School and is attending ;Weber State College on a violin scholarship. She is majoring in data processing with a business emphasis. Her beautiful wedding gown was displayed at the Bernina Sewing Machine Home Show 3 and is currently on display in their store.
