Harding, Lay-tohas been named vice president of bank administration for Zions First National Bank according to bank president and chairman of the board, Roy W. Simmons. n, A GRADUATE of Utah State University and Pacific Coast School of Banking in Seattle, Mr. Harding joins Zions after serving as a national bank examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency. He has also been a federal reserve bank assistant examiner and assistant manager for Bank of Utah. Mr. Harding and his wife, Diane, currently reside in Layton with a son and two daughters.
