Councilman Ron Spencer who resigned from the council, voted for his successor, THE COUNCIL appointment will only be until the next general election is held this fall, meaning the new council members will serve until the first of the year. Several other matters came before the council the same evening. The home occupation and business license ordinance that the council has been preparing for several months was tabled orice again for further study.
