"- fi i ;: r-- - Plans October Wedding . 7 H: traditional The Fruit Heights City Party was held Saturday, Aug. 25, at the Davis County Bowery and Ball Park. It is an annual city party for all residents of Fruit Heights and has been held the past 25 to 30 years. Each family brought their own lunch and the city furnished the pies and watermelon. Following dinner, games and a program was enjoyed. THE SPECIAL summer event is sponsored by , the Fruit Heights City and Mayor Neil Noorda in charge, np Miss Pamela Syndergaard, of Kaysville, daughter of Mrs. Iris Syndergaard and the late Max E. Syndergaard, has announced her engagement to James Ashauer, son of Mrs. Nada Ashauer and Fritz Ashauer. THE COUPLE will be married on October 9 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They will be honored that evening with a reception at the Eldredge House in Bountiful. The bride is a graduate of Davis High School and the Kaysville LDS Seminary. Wilcox on August 2, 1979 in the Salt Lake LDS Lamont Temple. THE BRIDES parents are Kenna and Ramon Dean, 1382 Golden Circle, Fruit Heights.
