A HOUSEWIFE, Mrs. Martin has resided in Syracuse for the past 9 2 years. During this time she has enjoyed the small city atmosphere and the advantage of raising her family there. Mrs. Martin states that she believes that Syracuse has had excellent leadership in past years and that she can contribute to the same honest and continued fair leadership in the future, and that politics would not have such a bad name if those involved honored their own good name and also those of the citizens that they serve.
