Wallace proudly present an evening of movie melodies in a piano and organ recital. The Show Stoppers will be presented on Thursday, Nov. 29, at the o Art Community 2580 Jefferson Ave., in Ogden at 7 p.m. Students will present famous songs representing different eras of Eccles Center, the finest works. STUDENTS performing include: Heidi Scoffield, Dianna Stokes, Jill Cardon, Steve Cardon, Tiffany Gilbert, Heather Gilbert, Rhonda Seamons, Lisa Seamons, Taunya Seamons, Pattie Thompson, Betty Hooper, Mark Reynolds, Bryan Reynolds, and Julie Teeslink. GLADYS CORDOVA Smith, Clearfield, started volunteer work at the Veterans Administration Hospital 15 years ago, and shes been involved helping people ever since. She loves children so it was a natural for her to volunteer in the Migrant Education Program. Gladys has been a member of SOCIO for seven years and is currently doing the bookkeeping chores for them on a volunteer basis. nursery at the McKay Dee and St. Benedict Hospitals. EACH YEAR thousands of American infants are bom too soon, too small, or critically ill. Many of these infants do not survive. Some do but it is a struggle. Very often they vith have problems breathing, heart action, and control of temperature and blood sugar. In order to make it, they need prolonged hospital care from specially trained medical teams using sophisticated equipment. Mrs. Best said she is asking for volunteers to give of their time to the March of Dimes.. .a day an hour... a week. Youll be giving to the children of tomorrow she said, and we all have a stake in tomorrow.
