KENNETH E. MUIR Honored, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth E. Muir of Kaysville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 27. They were honored at a family party hosted by their children. THE MUIRS were married Aug. 27, 1930 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mrs. Muir is the former Belva Ann Rees. Mr. Muir is a educator having taught school for many years in Davis and well-know- n ACTIVE IN the LDS Church together and indi- vidually, they have served in numerous church capacities. They are the parents of four children and have 13 grandchildren: Gary R. Ray S. Odd attended the Credit Union Association Conference at Madison, Wise, for four days. Mr. Odd is a vice chairman of the National Credit Union, a position he has held for two years. The bride was attired in her mothers wedding gown, of slipper satin which had a full skirt, gathered waist, lace bodice and long sleeves extending over the hand. Her bouquet was of lime green carnations, sonya rose buds, babys breath, and lilly of the valley. MAID OF honor was Paula Petersen. Bridesmaids were Cheryl Gould, sister of the bride; Bonnie McBride, sister of the bridegroom. The maid of honor wore a light apricot flowered blouson knee length dress gathered at waist and neckline and short sleeves. Bridesmaids wore solid light apricot blouson knee length dreses gathered at waist and neckline of satin crepe material. They carried long stemmed sonya rose and lime green carnations. THE BRIDES mother wore a floor length sleeveless light apricot blouson dress featuring apricot lace around the neckline. The bridegrooms mother wore a floor length, light green, long sleeved dress with a v neck, gathered at center below the bustline.
