The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hour of 7:00 o'clock A M. ana will be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of & 00 o'clock P.M. There is to be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register of voter last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Davis County will register as provided by law, at his office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except during the (10) period immediately preceding the special election, any person eighteen (181 years of age or older who on the day of the election will be a qualified elector.
