Lights: Christmas lights and Earns Eagle Stacey B. Morgan has been awarded his Eagle Scout award in a ceremony held Nov. 21, 1980 in the Kaysville 17th Ward. PRIOR TO moving to Utah with his family in 1976 he had served as senior patrol leader and was a member of the Order of the Arrow. The Eagle neckerchief was presented to Stacey by the Kaysville Rotary Club and the Roy Elks Club presented him with a certificate and an American flag.
