Carver and family attended the funeral service of her mother, Mrs. Thelma Crezee held in Ogden on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Golden Taylor accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Linn Sandall and spent a week in Albuquerque, New Mexico with their children Roger and SYLVIA ADAMS HAZEN ADAMS LAYTON Mr. and Mrs. Hazen F. Adams of 1738 E. Oakridge Drive, Layton, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on March 6, 1983. They were married on that date in 1918 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The ceremony was performed by Joseph Fielding Smith, the President of the Church. FAMILY members will hon- or Mr. and Mrs. Adams with a dinner on March 5, the day before their anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Adams have lived all their married life in the same home in Layton. Exchange Vows length dresses with corsages of pink roses. Cheryl Parry and Brad P. SYLVIA Flint Adams was born Oct. 1, 1898. She was from West Point. At the time she met Hazen Adams, she was making her home with her grandparents in West Kaysville. Mr. Adams has been a farmer all his life. He still owns a large farm. He ran a steam-drive- n thrasher machine for 20 years custom harvesting grain Argentina. He attended school in a one room school house in Dawson Hollow. He walked to school. After completing the elementary grades, he moved to Logan to attend USU. He met Sylvia E. Flint while he was playing for dances with the Adams Orchestra. Members of the orchestra included his father, A.W. The ELDER STEED LDS Mission Elder Robert Steed, son of Mr. and Mrs. David L. Steed of 799 East Oxford, Kaysville, has accepted a mission to the Peru Lima South LDS Mission. He will enter the MTC on March 10. HIS FAREWELL was held 27 in the Kaysville 12th Ward. Elder Steed graduated from Davis high School where he was active in sports. He served Sunday, Feb. as captain of the wrestling team and captain of the track team. He was recipient of the Barnes Award for the outstanding athlete. ACTIVE in his church, he has served in leadership positions and a graduate of Kaysville LDS Seminary where he served on the Seminary Council.
