I 1935 in the Salt Lake LOS Temple. Mr. Jones survives his wife. Alcne and DeVaughn were ! the parents of three children, all of whom survive: Mrs. Frank L. (Catherine) Priteh-- ! ett. Salt Lake City; David Lloyd Jones, Filer. Ida. ; Fred-ri- c Hansen Jones, Bountiful. She is survived by eight grandchildren, Matthew and Peter Jones, Lisa Pritchett, Lee Ann Durfee and Tom Pritchett, Brandon, Jamison and Jessica Jones and two greatg- randchildren. i SHE IS also survived by three sisters, Mrs. F. Bain (Frances) Hoopes, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Preston (Helen) Clark, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Mrs. Joseph K.. (Kathern) Marks, Anaheim, Calif. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Alene was a lifelong, devoted and active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. She currently was serving as an ordinance worker with her husband at the LDS Ogden Temple. The Jones served in that capacity for two days a week for the past three years. SHE ALSO was serving as the spiritual living teacher at the Farmington 5th Ward. She previously served in many church capacities, including MIA president, Relief S ciety counselor, Davis Stake MIA board member, Davis Stake Sunday School board member, Sunday School teacher. He graduated from Carbon High School, and attended the University of Utah where he with high honors in 1952 w ith a bachelor of science degree. He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the Un- cation Association. Davit County Education Association, American Home Economics Association. She was a national speaker at several major nutrition conferences. and at one such conference in Nebraska, was presented a Lifetime Honorary Slate Citizenship by the Governor.
