CHAIRMAN Hal Fitzgerald said judging is scheduled for the first time this year in a new division called Family Garden. Families are encouraged to display produce from their garden together as a group, the chairman said. Judging will be based on quality of display, variety and attractiveness of display. Family Garden entrants also may display in indi- vidual premium classes. CASH awards will go to the top three displays, Mr. Fitzgerald added.
