Traffic had to be Wrestling Bear Is Locked Up VALDOSTA, Ga. (UPI)— Sheriff J. L. Futch has locked up a 600-poundblack wrestling bear named “Terrible Ted” Friday. The impoundment came as the result of legal action brought by “Big” Ed Williams who said the bear’s promoter, Al Livick of Jacksonville, Fla., had advertised that anyone who would wrestle and pin “Terrible Ted’? would win $1,500. Williams alleged that Livick backed down, claiming the bear was too dangerous to grapple with “Big” Ed. Roger E. Even though this year’s Formula One champion, the late Joachim Rindt, with 45 points is already knowa, O’Farrill thinks this year’s Mexican Grand Prix will be one of the mostexciting. “Look, we have a posthumous champion in Rindt. But six drivers will be battling for the Tunnerup spot that will make whoever wins the best living driver of the year. Never has there been such drama.” O’Farrill said the Lotus, the Ferrari or the BRNcould come in first. He expects a new track record because “the cars this year combine stability with potentiality like never before.” There will also be five exchampions in the 325-kilometer Mexican race.
