Show Msangr-intrprls- , Star Theatre Gunnison Nearing the end of one of the worst years economically for agriculture since the Great Depression, leaders of Utahs largest farm organization will meet in Salt Lake City Nov. 1982, to try to find solutions to the problems facing the state's farmers and ranchers. Utah Farm Bureau President Frank 0. Nishiguchi said that organization's leadership and members will set Farm Bureau policy for 1983 and will meet with experts in a number of fields to examine possible solutions to problems in dairy, fruit crops, livestock, marketing, public lands and agricultural labor laws. They will also hear from Dr. Steve Hanke, until recently the chief economist on President Reagans Council of Economic Advisors, who will discuss the Administration's proposal to sell certain excess federal lands.
