Reflections awards announced at this, the Gunnison Elementary Kindergarten classes sang two numbers, My Flag, My Flag" and I Love America. Mr. Robert Tibbs, the guest speaker, followed the musical numbers. He spoke about some of his proud experiences, those he had in high school with the debate team. He told the audience to be proud of their accomplishments and to never give up. He also admon- - Following par-Ucular- ly lshed the adults In the audience and the students that they had a duty to give back to the public those things that they had learned and accomplished. Upon conclusion of the speech, Mrs. Vickie King, District PTA Individual Development Commissioner, presented the district awards for the Reflections contest recently held throughout the South Sanpete School District There were four categories in which the students could participate: Photography, Art Literature, and Music.
