BY BRUCE Three Manti High School baseball players - of the 10 ranks selected from the State - have been named by the Utah High School Activities Assn, to academic baseball the team. Snow Colleges point guard Vicki Staker, signed a letter of intent to play basketball for Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona for the 90-9- 1 season. Staker was named to the team at Colorado Northwestern College, most valuable player at the Roughrider Classic at Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona.
