He attended Snow College where he served as President of the International program. Satsuma, on August 4, 1990 from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. All friends and neighbors are invited to attend. Elsie Martius to be honored on her 89th birthday at open house Elder Tim Miller Elder Timothy J. Miller has completed his mission in the Rapid City South Dakota Mission. His homecoming address will be Sunday, July 22nd in the Manti Tabernacle at 1:00 p.m. The family of Elsie Martius is sponsoring an open house for her 89th birthday on Saturday, July 21, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., at the home of Dorothy and Byron Duncan at 407 West 500 North in Manti. Elsie, the wife of the late pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Saleen Steadman, to Chad Nyborg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary D. Nyborg of Hurricane, Utah. Saleen and Chad will exchange vows Friday, July 27, 1990 in the St. George LDS Temple. An open house will be held in their honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hurricane 3rd Ward Chapel. According to PBL advisor lisa B. Anderson, students brought home a fifth place individual award and a sixth place team award. Attending the conference were Andrea Cederlof of Tooele, who placed fifth in the nation in Administrative Assistant, secretary competition, and Sandra Jones, Salt Lake City, who competed in the Administrative Assistant, typist category. The Snow Chapter of PBL took sixth place in the nation with its group Community Service Project NOTICE OF TAX INCREASE The Sanpete County Commission has proposed to increase its property tax revenue by 6.6, and to increase its total budget by 9. 1. All concerned citizens are invited to attend a public hear- ing on the tax increase to be held on July 23, 1990 at the Sanpete County Courthouse at 1:00 p.m. of the 6.6 increase in property tax revenues is the result of new growth.
