The letters "KMTI Country" must appear In lights or be lit by a floodlight so that It Is clearly visible at night from the street If KMTI's frequency (650 AM) is also shown In the display that will serve as a plus when Judging occurs. The display must be visible from the ground level, and from a public street, highway, or public roadway. The display must be on private property. No displays In public, business, or community property. To be Judged the display cannot be hung across any public roadway. Entries must be submitted forjudging and to be considered for the prizes, the entry must be done by individuals or families. Entries from civic, community, church, business, groups, organizations or clubs will be for display only, and will not quality for prizes. Judging of the entries will take place sometime between Dec. 17 and 23, and between the hours of 5 p.m. and 1 1 p.m. Your display should be lit up on all evenings during those days and those hours. The Judges will consider creativity, imagination, visibility of display, amount of apparent effort, originality, best use of materials, most professional appearance, use of lights, and most appropriate for the Christmas tradition.
