RESOLUTION RESOLUTION OF NOTICE OF REVENUE BONDS Resolved that notice be hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Utah Municipal Power Agency (the Agency") did, at its regular meetingheldonMay26, 1993, adopt a Resolution (the Resolution") enA titled: RESOLUTION 93-5-- A resolution of the Utah Municipal Power Agency approving a form of third supplemental indenture of trust relating to the issuance of Electric System Revenue Refunding Bonds, 1993 Series A,(the1993 Series A Bonds") and a resolution of Notice of Revenue Bonds to be issued by the agency; designating official newspapers for the publication of said resolution of notice; approving a form of preliminary official statement relating to the 1993 Series A Bonds and providing an effective date. Manti man honored at USU Tim Miller, a son of Lewis and Ann Miller of Manti, was honored recently as the 1993 Outstanding Student in the Department of Secondary Education at Utah State University. Miller is a senior majoring in biological science with a physical education minor. Miller is a 1986 graduate of Manti High School where he was active in sports and president of FFA. He attended Snow College for two years before coming to Utah State. He has achieved Deans List both at Snow and USU and received the Utah Career Teaching Scholarship to USU. He is a member ofthe National Association of Biology Teachers, the Utah Science Teachers Association and the Utah State Physical Education Club. He is active in biological research in USUs Department of Animal, Dairy and Veterinary Sciences. He is married to Fawn Seely of Castle Dale. They have a one-year-o- ld son, Dakota.
