The key to surviving breast cancer is early detection. The American Cancer Society offers the following guidelines: Women 35 - 39 Women 40 - 49 Women 50 - over Baseline mammogram years Mammogram every year Mammogram 1- -2 each county in the state, travelers will be eligible for gifts and prizes. The design selected will be made into a rubber stamp, 1.75" x 2.5", so simplicity is the key. Additionally, the Utah Statehood Centennial Commission is requesting all counties in Utah to submit artwork for a special postal pictorial cancellation with different designs from each county. There are so many artistic and creative people in Sanpete County, states Chairman May Peterson, that we decided to open this up into a contest. The committee will offer a $50 savings bond to the winner for each program. Rules and suggestions for the contest include: (1) Original artwork submitted on a 3 12x5" card. (2) Designs should suggest something about which the county is proud. (3) Designs may not en-- " dorse the ideas, policies, programs, products, campaigns, or candidates of religious, commercial, political, fraternal, trade, labor, public interest or special interest organizations. (4) A circular or diamond design is eligible if made to fit on the 3 12 x 5" card. (5) Designs must be done in black and white.
