Megan Farley, the daughter of Dixon and Beverly Farley, will be a junior at Manti High next year. Her plans for the future are to attend college and major in Elementary Education and minor in Child Development and Psychology. She currently has a 3.7 GPA. When she graduates from high school she will have earned five college credits and have completed her math requirements. Megan has had four years of training on the flute, two years piano, one year baritone saxophone and four years school band. Megan will perform a Danish folk tune on the flute, Marken er Mejct. Kellie Fore is the daughter of Paul and Rebccka Fore. Kellie will attend Snow College in the fall on a speech scholarship, where she has been accepted as a member of the speech team. She plans to move forward in this area of study, obtaining a degree in Public Affairs. Kellie was Manti High Schools Sterling Scholar in Art and has also received awards and honors in the area of speech and drama. She has studied three years of piano, two years of violin, four years of drama, three years of speech and six years of art. Kelli will present a monoact from Shakespeares I lamlet entitled Ophelia. Melissa Peterson is the daughter of Jerry and Jenny Norton and ticipated as a member of the Manti High School Band that won the 2 A state band competition. She was also on the honor roll in high school. She has played the flute for six years and also plays the piano. For her part in the talent portion of the evening, Melissa will play a flute solo entitled Le Basque. Amber Pierro, the daughter of Steven and Denise Pierro, will be a senior at Manti I ligh next year. Amber plans to attend college and obtain a degree in History of En- glish. This past year, Amber served as Studentbody Secretary and was also on the honor roll and a member of the National Honor Society. Amber has studied piano for five years, dance for three years and gymnastics for four years. A piano solo, Tarantella will be Ambers talent number for the pageant. Angie Pierro, the daughter of Steven and Denise Pierro, will be a senior at Manti High next year. Angies goals for the future include obtaining a license in cosmetology to support her as she pursues a degree in Physical Education and becoming a legal secretary.
