The timing couldnt have been worse. Southern Idaho had just suffered their first home loss in three years the previous week, and were determined not to let it happen again, as they dominated from the opening tip, jumping out to an early 25-- 7 lead. The Badgers did manage to stay within striking distance behind Andrew Mavis six three pointers. Early the next morning, the Badgers boarded the bus and traveled to Ontario, OR to play the pesky Chukars from Treasure Valley CC. A heavy snow fall and strong winds slowed the Badgers sojourn into Ontario, but had no affect on their determination to gain road win 1, as Snow College notched an 86-7- 8 victory. Despite a ruthless crowd and a quick TVCC start, the Badgers held their ground and built a 28-2- 0 lead midway through the first-hal- f. 1 three minutes to play.
