The article we submitted contained a false statement from the 16-2- 5. first presidency of the LDS Chuich. which was printed without the consent of the Church. I am happy to report that I have received a letter from UDOT saying they have decided to drop the proposal. I spent a great deal of time with UDOT officials constituents warning them of the devastating consequences my would face should their utility costs rise dramatically.
