Guide Dog Program in 5 States 'LAYTON The Utah Fraternal Order of dog guide Eagles program, originated recently adopted by the International Fraternal Order of Eagles as a national project. which with the Frank Zamora, past Eagles Lodge in Layton in 1974, has spread to five other western states in order to purchase guide dogs for the blind and was president of the Layton Eagles, said it has long been the dream of the Layton Eagles that the Eagles from throughout' the nation would purchase guide dogs for those blind people who want to find mobility and independence. Zamora said $30,000 has been donated since 1974 to the San Rafael, Calif., Guide Dog School for participants from Utah. Layton Wins First Place In Weber Skills Contest .
