Paul Adams Dies In New Mexico HE WAS born Sept. 16. 1889 in Riverdale. a son of Robert P. and Adline Gale Stimpson. On June 9. 1920 he married Sarah (Bessie) Bishop in (he Sail Lake LDS Temple. Paul Lee Adams, 48, of 160 Gordon, Layton, died Friday, Feb. 3, 1984 in an Albuquerque. New Mexico hospital of a heart attack. E. HE HAD lived in Riverdale and in the Ogden area unlil his marriage when he moved lo Layton. He served in (he U.S. Army in World War I. He had worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and also at the Ogden Arsenal. He was a member of the Layton 2nd LDS Ward. He was a High Priest. He had been active in various auxiliaries of (he ward. HE WAS born March 21, 1935 in Layton, a son of Merlin W. and Vera Morgan Adams. On Sept. 28, 1963 he married Penny Korth in Elko, Nev. HE WAS a lifetime resident of Layton and a graduate of Davis High School. He spent two years as a carpenters apprentice. He had been employed as a carpenters foreman at the Howa Construction Company. He was a member of the Carpenters Union Local No. 184. He had also e worked for Clover Club Foods. Also surviving are two sisters and one brother. Mrs. Ella Weaver Knight. Layton: Mrs. Melba Olson. Salt Lake City and Erving Stimpson of South Ogden. HE WAS preceded in death by one daughter. He lived in Kaysvil-l- e 21 years, in Farmington for I1: years and in San Diego, Calif, for about two years. SHAUN HANSEN 19. of 343 Park. Layton, died Friday. Feb. 3. 1984 in Fruit Heights, of a gunshot wound. HE WAS born April 5. 1964 in Murray. Utah, a son of David L. and Earlene Bristow Hansen. He had lived in Layton since 1968. Priortolhat. he had lived in Stilt Lake City. He graduated from Ltivton High School in 1982. He worked for Lagoon for five years. He started as a ride operator and became area lead supervisor in management for Lagoon Corp. HE WAS ti member of the Layton 18th LDS Ward. Surviving are his parents of Layton: tw o sisters.
