The couple was honored at a wedding L.eakfast at the Little America following the ceremony. In the evening a recep. tion was held at the Lion House. THE BRIDES gown was signed and made by Leslie. The dress featured lines from the early 1900 era. The fabric appli-que- d was of organza, imported from Switzerland, and lined with white satin. de- The unique Renaissance sleeve was composed of an oversleeve shaped like a bell beneath which billows a sheer fabric tucked on the inside seam and full at the outside back. Following a Las Vegas Honeymoon the newlyw'eds are making their home in Layton. PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Melville who hosted a dinner party. Others hosting showers were Lori Garner and Gail Barnes, Joyce Johnson, Chris Johnson, Kaylene Johnson and DeeAnn Johnson. The bride graduated from Layton High and LDS Seminary. She is attending Weber State College. THE GROOM graduated from Morgan High and LDS Seminary. He filled an LDS Michigan Dearborn Mission. He is currently employed with Browning Arms, Morgan. HE IS a member of Post 455 of the Kaysville 3rd Ward. His explorer advisor is Scott Collins. Scott has been extremely active in the scouting program since he joined Cub Scouts. He has served as senior patrol leader, patrol leader and scribe. He is a member of the Order of the Arrow and continues to participate in all phases of scouting. THE AWARD was made during a special Eagle Scout ceremony held at the Crest-- . wood Stake Center with Clara Ward from the Francis Peak District making the presentation. He is a student at Kaysville Junior High and is concert master in the school orchestra and has participated in the school play. He has played the violin for many years and has won many awards for his musical talents. SCOTTS hobbies include juggling, magic, basketball and reading, np (Frankie) Thank You This is a thank )ou" to the kind gentlemen who came to my aid on Monday morning. Dec. 19. 15 stopped and assisted me. They pulled me out through the car window, checked me over for injuries and stayed with me until the paramedics arrived. I WAS on my way to work and the roads were icy. I lost control of my car on East Gentile Street, slid into a ditch and over turned. My car was badly damaged, but I was not injured although trapped.
