Show DECEMBER 14, 1983 Emily L. Gurley Succumbs At 72 SHE WAS born April 6, 1911 Fort Worth, Tex., a daughter of Walter David and Clara Funeral services were held Nell Smith Williams. She married James Thomas Gurley on Nov. 30, 1936 in Fort Worth, Tex. The marriage was solemnized in the ary Chapel for Hans Arthur Anderson, 85, of 721 Cherry-woo- d Road, Kaysville, who died Thursday, Dec. 8, 1983 in the Humana Davis North Hospital of causes incident to age. MR. ANDERSON was born May 16, 1898, in Perstrop, Sweden, a son of Anders Larson and Juliane Marie Katherine Westergaard Rosdahl. He married Vera Pearl Strong, Feb. 21, 1925 in Christensen on June 22, 1941 in Los Angeles, Calif. She died in January of 973 He married Myrtle Blumm on March 23, 1974 in Desert Hot Springs, Calif. The marriage was solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple in October of 1974. She died in April of 1982. In 1918 he came to America, where he worked and lived in Betavia, 111. for two years. He then moved to Great Falls, Mont, where he worked in the mines. In 1923 he moved to Provo where he worked in the Timpanogas Creamery as a buttermaker. He later moved to Fillmore, and then to Los Angeles in 1932. He retired in 1962 from the Challenge Creamery in Los Angeles, Calif. ANDERSON FUNERAL services were held Saturday, Dec. 10 at the Lindquist Kaysville Chapel. Bishop Gaylen Sprague of the Kaysville 11th Ward officiated. Ligon; obituary, Bonnie Jean SHE WAS a beautician for many years. She was reared in Fort Worth, Tex. where she lived until 1978 when she moved to Kaysville. George. He married Muriel Tuttle Dec. 27, 1922 in Manti. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Oct. 18, 1983. HE HAD worked as a service manager for the Robert H. Hinckley Company. In 1942 he worked at Hill Air Force Base where he retired in 1959. He later was parts manager for the Roy Strong Motor Co. He had resided in Montrose, Colo.; Manti, Mount Pleasant, Kaysville, Logan and Ogden. Ariz. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Holt were accompanied by her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Howell and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Taylor, all of Salt Lake City who flew to Houston, Tex. for the death and funeral service of their brother and son, Earl Taylor and son Kent spent the who died of a heart attack.
