The Explorers and their leaders of the Fruit Heights 2nd LDS Ward took a high adventure trip for a few days to the Teton National Park in Mr. and Mrs. Mike Beard, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Giles and Mr. and Mrs. Kim Brown vacationed for one week at Lake Powell. Mr. and Mrs. Roger Butterfield and family vacationed a Wyoming. Leaders accompanying the boys were Rick Wilks and Jay L. Webster. Jay Hamblin who recently underwent major surgery is reported to be recovering well. Bishop and Mrs. David Adams of Fruit Heights announce the arrival of a son, Christopher Jordan born on June 2 weighing 8 lb. 3 oz. At home are Aimee, Katie, David and Jacob. FOR HER wedding and reh ception the bride wore a gown of white satin' styled with a sweetheart neckline and sleeves. The bodice and sleeves were accented with lace overlay. She wore a picture hat trimmed with net and white silk roses at back. Her chapel train adorned the ensemble. The bridal bouquet was a cascade of white roses with miniature dark blue and dusty rose flowers accented with baby breath.
