Helquist joined the ranks of more than 150 other Utah officers who have graduated from the Academy's week course. He has served on the Kaysville police force for nine years. Davis County's Utah State University Extension Agent, has been awarded the Distinguished Service Ward at the recent 35th annual National Association of Extension Agents in Orlando, Fla. 4-- William Lloyd Smith, Davis helped write the 4-- horse Ton. s Is Cheaper, No. velop a 4-- native of Idaho, Mr. Smith attended Ricks College and USU and received a degree in' dairy production and economics. In 1954 he started working with the Extension Service. His first job was assistant county agent in Logan.
