Completes Basic Course The Layton High School Future Homemakers of America hosted the regional FHA convention recently at Layton High School. 35 girls from Layton. Davis and Clearfield high schools attended the convention. Features of the convention were classes on job interviews, a fashion show by ZCM1, food demonstrations and child care classes. Layton High FHA members. Brenda Nappies and Rachael Barlow competed in the child care division. girls sold roses to earn money for a needy family's Thanksgiving. In Decemberthey sold candy to help a family with Christmas presents. The FHA have helped the elderly by shoveling snow and raking leaves. Chapter meetings feature workshops on child abuse, the latest fashions and colors and other topics. THE LAYTON FHA Chapter has conducted many w activities this year.
