McFerson of 280 South State Street in Clearfield will celebrate her 80th birthday at an open house given by her children in her honor on Saturday, May 5. SHE HAS one daughter and ,:: three sons all of Clearfield; -Mrs. Edward J. (Beth) Mar- tini, David R., Roy W. and Jed D. McFerson. She has nine grandchildren and 15 Friends and relatives are invited to attend from 3 to 6 e p.m. in the room at the Clearfield 6th and 8th Ward Church on 300 North and 200 West. The family of five boys and MR. & MRS. BRUCE L. DUERDEN eight girls were among the first settlers in Roy, living on what became known as "Cousin Row at 6000 South (so named because so many of those making their homes along that stretch were related). Her bouquet was made of gardenias and peach roses with orange blossoms cascading down the front. Sherri Scoffield was maid of honor with Lisa Eatchel as a bridesmaid. They wore soft peach quiana knit floor length gowns with a capped sleeve jacket trimmed in white lace.
