The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hour of 7: IK) oclock A.M. and will be kept open until and will be closed at the hour of 8: 00 oclock P.M. There is to be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register of voters last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Davis County will register us provided by law, at his of-ice during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and 1 except during the ten-da- y period immediately preceding the special bond election, any person eighteen (18) years of age or older who on the day of the election will be a qualified elector. UTAH COUNTY Sheriff Mack Holley said the pilot was Gary Dickson Oviatt, 41, of 1314 Devon Street, Kaysville. Three passengers, also killed instantly in the Sunday night crash of the single-engin- e plane, were identified as Kenneth Murray, 28; Dave Campbell, 32; and Richard Lee Preece, about 30, all of Salt Lake City.
