In order to qualify for this exemption (which begins September 16), such customers must provide Utah Power & Light Company with a Certificate of Age and Eligibility, notarized by a commissioned Notary Public of the State of Utah. This information, along with certificate forms, is being mailed to all residential customers with their bills for service beginning about August 24, or may be obtained at any office of Utah Power & Light Company beginning about August 25.
