The girls still in the club are DeVonya Andersen, Bridget Bates, Debbie Colemere, Laurie Over and Nadine Thorson. There have been up to ten girls in the club at one time, but over the years five have moved or taken full time jobs. The clubs leader is Mrs. Carolyn 4-- H Bridgett Bates, Debbie Colemere. THE pageant was held as a preliminary to the 50th Davis County Fair scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturthe County day, August Fair grounds on the north side of Lagoon in Farmington. Miss Menlove, a petite ballet dancer presented an original ballet to the music of "The Way We Were as her talent display in the contest. She entered the competition as Miss Bountiful and was sponsored Area by the Bountiful Chamber of Commerce. SHE BEGAN studying ballet at eight years of age and plans to teach dancing after graduating from college. She is currently attending Utah State University on a three-yea- r scholarship, where she is a member of the Aggiettes marching team and Alpha Chi Omega. She has danced with Ballet West, modeled for Adrien N Emilies and was on the honor roll at Bountiful High School where she was a member of the Mandonells. IN ADDITION to winning the Miss Davis title and crown, she was awarded a $200 scholarship, a Davis County Fair trophy and a dozen red roses. The brown-eye- d e brownette will Sunset. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Taylor and their children, Jed, Malinda, and Jammie from Longmont, Colo, have been visiting with Mrs. Taylors parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Love. Mrs. Taylor was Jaydean Love before her marriage. While in Layton, the Taylors attended the Davis High School class reunion. Paul returned home Sunday while Jaydean and the children stayed longer.
