SCOTT Temple Rites The Salt Lake LDS Temple provided the setting for the wedding of Miss Robin Lynn Brough of Kaysville and Lynn W. Scott of Bountiful on Friday. The marriage ceremony was performed by President Leslie 0. Stone. THE BRIDE is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Brough of 859 Westbrook Drive, Kaysville. The bridegroom is a son of Rulon C. Scott of Roy and Pat W. Scott of Bountiful. FOLLOWING the ceremony the couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at Brat-ten- s Cove Restaurant in Bountiful hosted by the bridegrooms parents. They received guests that evening at a reception at the Kaysville Utah LDS Stake Center. FOR THE wedding the bride wore a gown of delustered satin and lace. It featured a lace bodice and long full Bishop sleeves accented with lace and high neckline, and two lace insets down the front of the gown. The chapel train of delicate matching lace extended from the waistline. The elbow-lengt- h veil of silk bridal illusion was attached to a full-leng- matching lace crown. Her bridal bouquet was made up of yellow roses and baby son of Mr. and Mrs. Joel R. Parrish. THE couple was married Friday, May 6, 1977 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception was held that evening in their honor in the Wellsville Second-ThirWard Cultural Hall. An open house was held the following evening in the breath. MISS KIM King was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tami Brough, Wendy Brough, Karen Scott, Kari Scott, Tina Brough and Denalee Brough. Their floor-lengt- h gowns were of blue and white check with flocked daisies. They held bouquets of white daisies and baby breath with blue ribbon streamers. The brides mother chose a h gown in yellow with a yellow rose corsage. Correction On Flower Show Time Glenna Leavitt, chairman of the flower show at the Davis County Fair says that an error had been made in the fair booklet. FLOWER show entries will be open on Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., August 18 rather than from 7 to 9 p.m. as the program states. Mrs. Ivy Ottley was honored on her 81st birthday anniversary on July 27 with a family Canyon Picnic. AT THIS age, Mrs. Phillips is still teaching piano lessons to three students, two years ago she had 14 students. She recalls starting taking piano lessons at the age of eight years and studied under prominent professors in Salt Lake City. SHE STARTED her paino teaching career in 1901 and has never quit. Therefore, 76 years of teaching is a long time, as she looks back and is a record for anyone. She has played the organ for the LDS Relief Society and also the Kaysville Eighth LDS Ward Sacrament Meet- ings for many years and is also believed to be the oldest organist for the LDS Church. MRS. PHILLIPS was bom on August 14, 1883, a daughter of Samuel Lane and Martha Simmons Jones. She was one of six children and the only survivor of her family. The family lived on a farm east of Kaysville for many years, moved to Layton and then back to Kaysville. She was educated in the Mr. and Mrs. Raymond L. Adams, 680 S. 1000 East, Clearfield, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Holly to James F. Allison Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. James F. He has been attending Utah Technical College where he was the recipient of the Deans Scholarship in vocational education.
