Weaver, 60, former Layton resident died on Monday of a heart condition, while at his employment at the In- ternal Revenue Center in San Francisco, California. MR. WEAVER was bom October 27, 1916, in Layton, Utah. The son of Christopher J.R. and Margaret D. Green Weaver. He was married to Marcelle in the Cowley on May 27, 1941, Salt Lake LDS Temple. HE HAD resided in Layton and Roy, Utah; Redwood City and Menlo Park, California. being his present The latter home. Mr. Weaver was a 1940 graduate of Utah State University. HE WAS librarian at South Cache High School and had Students in the third grade at Crestview Elementary in Layton presented a special program for parents and friends last Tuesday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Craig Buhler and two children of Portland, Mr. and Mrs. son-in-la- Mr. and Mrs. Kent Johnson and daughter Kim and son Kevin of Battle Mountain, Ore. were overnight guests of their aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Stuart. Jack Miller and daughter JoAnn of Taft, Calif, are visiting in Kaysville with friends and relatives the holiday season. They will be guests of his mother Mrs. Nora Miller and his sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin R.A.F. McCormick attended the an- nual McCormick family holiday dinner party on Dec. 17 in Salt Lake City at the home of his sister, Mrs. Francis Oberg. Mr. and Mrs. Mervin at their traditional Christmas Eve family party.
