GRANT AND his wife, Christie, are the parents of three children. The desire for a superior education for their children has been his motive for becoming involved in this election. It is time, Grant says, to expect excellence from the students of Davis School District. He believes we seriously deceiving are our students if we pass them from grade to grade without giving them the skills and they need to get along Grant Richards made a call for excellence as he announced his candidancy for the Davis County School Board, precinct one.
