The victim, Keith Ray George, 61 Hill Top Drive, Clearfield, was treated at Tanner Clinic in Layton for broken left shoulder, and lacerations of the head, arm and back. He was pulled from ton the damaged truck by passers-b- y and taken to the clinic by Layton Police Chief Lee Nalder. The accident was investigated by Officer Brian Mottishaw of Layton, assisted by Val Palmer of the Utah State Highway Patrol. The second machine, a 1951 model sedan, driven by Orson three-quart- er Mark Page, 82, RFD 1, Lay-tohad started across the highway when the two crashed. The truck had swerved to avoid hitting the car and the driver lost control. It rolled twice, broke through a fence and came to rest on its top. The truck was totally damaged. Mr. Pape was cited for alleged failure to yield right of way. ce-bi- 41 Paye 11 WHEN SHOOTING DUCKS with husband or friend he sure to aim in the air Is the advice Mrs. D. It provides for holding the special election at the same time and polling places as the November 4 general election. By approving the bond election, voters will be providing the necessary funds for construction of two large reservoirs and connecting main lines. While the city does have sufficient water, the lack of storage facilities makes it impossible to supply the existing homes in the community with adequate water pressure, or to provide new homes with water. The question which will apon the ballot will read: Shall the negotiable coupon general obligation water bonds of Layton City, Davis County, Utah, in the aggregate principal amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,-00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, payable within not to exceed 25 years from date of issue and bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five per centum East Layton Two teenagers per anNew members of the mander John Kleinsteuber.
