Show THE 8 Wool Growers Contest a huge success MT. PLEASAN- T- The Sanpete District Make It Yourself With Wool" contest was held Saturday, Nov. 20. The contest encourages creativity while promoting the beauty and versatility of wool. According to contest director, Heidi Kelso, this was the third years contest largest in the state of Utah. My grandfather was an immigrant from Denmark who went into sheep ranching, that makes me a sheep rancher. He bought his first herd from Brian Larsen 55 years-ag- o and has since added other herds as the owners retired until he has built his present herd.
