Parents mailed in pictures of their little ones and they were judged in several categories. Winners in the baby division were Cindy Lynn Elmer, daughter of Jessica Elmer, Fairview, first place; second place was a tie with, Alex John Cox, son of Robyn E. Cox, Manti; and Gabriella Bown, daughter of Trent and Holly Bown, Fayette; third place went to Hailey Christensen, daughter of Devan and Heather Christensen, Mt.
